At Bundles of Joy, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Baby care products (if opened)
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as Final Sale

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the item

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
